Ubisoft: Release Tom Clancy's The Division for PC

Ubisoft announced this game at E3 only on Xbox One and PS4 however during Machinima's interview the dev's of The Division will be made if there is a demand for it. They also said that PC gamers should go ahead and ‘sign petitions, get on the forums and post their requests‘.

There is a petition  that has 52 thousand  supporters. Those interested  can sign here here.

Here is a gameplay of the game if you haven't seen it:

many demos running on PC's and not Xbox ones.

It has recently been discovered that many of Microsoft's games were not actually running on an Xbox one devkit at E3. Many of their games were running on HP computers with very high end PC graphics cards (Nvidea GTX 700 series cards). Xbox one consoles are supposed to be running AMD cards. The Xbox one is supposedly running a mid range graphic card. There is a massive difference between this and a GTX 770.
Another amusing fact is that the computers were running windows 7 instead of the new (mostly hated) windows 8 operating system.

E3 recap

Microsoft

The console: Microsoft have already revealed many of the consoles attributes before this event (what it looked like...) during their sports,tv, movies and collar duty event. They claimed that E3 would be all about the games however that did not stop them dropping a few bombshells about the console such as the outrageous price (430 quid) and the outrageous DRM (Harder on used games, harder to trade games and next to no offline mode.)

The games:

The amount of "shaft" delivered to the community:

All E3 (and before E3) microsoft have continued to shaft their customers repeatedly in an attempt to make them part with their money. This is by using stupid DRMs and trying to shut down the used games market. At this event they also showcased the huge array of boring generic games that they have on offer for this console (including call of duty and sports of course). They also announced that this console is a lot more expensive than the PS4 which is better in every single way.

Sony

The console:

At the Sony conference many important things were revealed that should influence many people in the latest console "war" unfortunately the blind Microsoft legion of 10 year olds will march straight on and buy the xbox one even though it is a vastly inferior console. Sony proved this in many ways at their E3 conference. The consoles price was announced and it is a full 80 quid cheaper than the xbox one (£350). They also announced many of the specs and it is a lot more powerful than the xbox (8GB of DDR5 anyone?). They also announced that the console would not use silly DRM measures which is a haven for anyone that wants to share their games with their friends. One of the main features of the console was the actual reveal of the console. Many people have criticize it asying that it looks too much like the xbox one however i feel it looks slightly like a ps2 (which i approve of).

They have also confirmed that the eye toy camera will not come with every console. This is to reduce costs.

The games:

Sony unveiled a huge line up of games for E3 however they are not as many exclusives.

Some of these games are available on PC but they are exclusive to this console (for example: black light retribution)

The amount of "shaft" delivered to the community:

Sony tried their best to keep the community happy so they buy there console. There were no glaring flaws in this plan however it has been rumored that PS+ is needed to play online. This is not really an issue because PS+ has great value for money unlike a certain other pay to play online system.

Nintendo

The console:

Nintendo's Wii u console has been out for a while and nothing new was really announced for it at E3 however soon users will be able to draw colour pictures and attach them to miiverse posts. This is a giant improvement over the current black and white colour scheme.

The games:

Nintendo announced many new games for their franchises such as Super Mario 3D and Mario kart for the Wii U. These two titles were highly anticipated however many Nintendo fans were disappointed by the 3D Mario title.  Wind waker HD was also on display. There was also a brand new trailer for the new smash bros game which adds the villager from animal crossing, the Wii fit trainer and mega man. There was also a new trailer for X and for bayonetta 2. A new donkey kong by retro games was announced.

The amount of "shaft" delivered to the community:

Nintendo did not really shaft the community however the community was expecting a new metroid and many people felt let down by the new donkey kong title.
